Yonar International LLC provides flexible workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and related facilities through its New Work locations, including but not limited to Avenues Branch and Square One Branch. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

4. Membership & Payments

All memberships, bookings, and rentals are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated. Failure to settle payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

Workspace and meeting room bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Liability

Yonar International LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Members are solely responsible for their equipment, data, and personal property. Use of the premises is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, visuals, and materials related to New Work are the intellectual property of Yonar International LLC and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

Yonar International LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
